• Due to money restrictions, I can only rent a small chalet and thus cannot accommodate many people. I foresee a need to hang around the swimming pool area at night.
• For those who do not stay on the first night (Friday), please come as early as possible on the second day (Saturday).
• The barbecue food will not be very fascinating and will be just adequate to fill normal stomachs; please take some light snacks before you come.
• Group photo taking sessions will commence as early as possible due to lighting problems (taking photos at night with flash causes unnatural results).
• Please do not avoid any casual photo taking by the photographers; just proceed naturally with what you are doing.

First of all, I am sad to announce this is only a small gathering as I have tight budget and thus I cannot invite most of my friends; please pardon me if you are not invited.

The reason why I come out with this chalet is that I have never celebrated my birthday before, not even my twenty-first birthday, and also to meet-up with friends.

People are the main factor to the success of the chalet; I hope each of you would cooperate with the planning and bear with any inadequacy in my hospitality.
