Maths Question

The duties are shared between four persons. The last person has to cover two days’ duties. He is made to do them on two consecutive days – Thursday and Friday. The duties start on Thursday and ends on the next Friday. Calculate the ratio of the number of duties he does to any of the other people’s. If somehow, two persons are required to do duties together for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and the last person has to do another day of duties on Tuesday with another person, calculate the ratio of the last person’s number of duties to the total number of duties required.
