This system is totally disastrous. It takes more than just a century to build up such a crappy organization. In between lays the struggle for power and blind negligence.
How many promising people have left in disappointments? How many upright people have been pushed to despair? How many enthusiastic people have decided to lie low forever?

Updating Microsoft Office 2007 seemed to cause a big bug in the Word application. It nearly boiled up my blood throughout the morning since after midnight.
Every time I wanted to open up a document for amendment, it started to hang. It was so urgent that I had to finally remove the MS Word 2007 application and install MS Word 2003 instead. The removal of the application took so long that I dozed off in between.
It was a draining day.
I would never do windows update for MS Office 2007 again.

It was one of the worst weekends ever since March. There was totally no mood to do anything.

Every sentence can have different meanings based on perceptions. Often, lack of trust would vary them.
If someone does not know about something, what is the first thing that comes to your mind?
1. I forget to tell him!
2. He has forgotten about it.
3. He does not bother to listen.

Jealousy can easily set a man to a despicable state.
In an organisation, each person can have different job scopes; and some might have a lighter load for a lesser pay. Some work is non-visible and thus, others would probably misjudge.
Nevertheless, it is extremely insensible and hypocritical to backstab your co-worker for not aiding you when boss has already clarified the workload, whether you have to cover all the shit or not.
If your co-worker has the time and capability, what do you think he will react based on your judgement on him?
Have you ever boosted about how good you can manage your work but secretly kick a big fuss out of a co-worker who does not aid you?
Unfortunately, human beings often do not realise what they are doing may be wrong.

I do not like the fact of having spent so much time and yet arriving at nothing. It probably is not my style of learning or anxiousness has overwhelmed.
I’m too used to be a giver and not taker.
